TCF Bank hired Lee Architect/Interior Designers to design four branches for them; three in Metro Denver and one in Colorado Springs.

We helped create a theme for the bank that has been repeated many times in Colorado. Although the feeling of recognition is there, the constraints of each site changed the size, drive up locations and building elevations of the facilities.

The key to good branding of architecture is to hear, “That one looks like another one I’ve seen.” They do, yet each of the four banks we designed is different.
